About
I am a Tampa native and have extensive knowledge of the area having lived here my entire life. I was raised in Temple Terrace and have lived and worked in many areas including Tampa, Brandon and Carrollwood and have friends and family throughout the greater Tampa area.
I would be excited to represent you as your Realtor. I am a full service realtor and will work with you from start to finish. I will handle your negotiations, paperwork, contract intricacies, deadlines, and all aspects of the sale of your home. I will work closely with other agents, inspectors, appraisers, the title company and all involved parties to best represent your interests.

- I am a licensed Building Contractor and have home renovation and building experience and happily give ideas, cost estimates, and vendor recommendations.
- Marketing strategies for selling your home include home readiness advice, staging, professional photography/videos, MLS, open houses, social media advertising, signage and word of mouth through my personal network.
- Buying strategies include up to the minute market data and ability to move quickly, lender relationships, down to the neighborhood knowledge of Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties, traffic pattern awareness and personal network connections.
- As a former Hillsborough County middle school English teacher and a mom of young kids, I have extensive knowledge of schools and neighborhoods throughout the area. I taught in Brandon and Valrico.

Our team includes a stager, realtor, contractor, and movers. We are from the Tampa Bay area, know the real estate market well, and know what buyers seek in a home. Pippin Gilbert is an HSR Certified Home Stager and is passionate about home design. She grew up in Tampa and also lived in Orlando, New York City, Ann Arbor, and Gainesville before returning to Tampa in 2014. She is a mother of two and has been married for 11 years. Pippin has a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and worked in that field for many years before pursuing her dream of owning her own business in home staging. In her spare time, she enjoys running, playing tennis, participating in sprint triathlons, and spending time with family and friends.
